About Us
My name is Palma Carter, and I am a professional Counsellor. I am fully accredited with the ACA (Australian Counselling Association) and I have a Masters degree in Counselling from QUT.
With more than 15 years experience working as a Counsellor in the UK and Australia, I am highly experienced with a range of counselling issues from critical incident response to helping individuals achieve a more healthy emotional wellness.

I am bound to adhere to the ACA Code of Ethics which includes privacy and confidentiality. I am available for telephone counselling and family/couple/individual face-to-face counselling at a private clinic in Kenmore. I am also available for on-site or off-site critical incidents response.
